Day 303-309

Day 303, Sunday, October 31st
We had a great day planned with some small group members.  We were going to have a chili dinner, take a hay-ride and carve pumpkins.  But, due to our yucky sickness, none of that happened!  So much for making plans.

Day 304, Monday, November 1st
Another one down . . . J was home today with the cursed bug.  As you can see, we enjoyed him being here!

Day 305, Tuesday, November 2nd
Today we had a "muffin-tin" lunch - first seen here - and the kids loved it!  Not that you can tell by the expressions on their faces!

Day 306, Wednesday, November 3rd
One plus of Mom working - when she brings home ice-cream!

Day 307, Thursday, November 4th
We received our second load of wood for the season . . . hard at work getting it in before the rain/snow comes our way.

And a close-up of that little elf? in the background (Grandpa had created this hat for hunting and it's just to funny to part with).

Day 308, Friday, November 5th
Our first snow of the year!  Didn't really amount to much, but it counts!

It is harder to see the snow in this one, but do you recognize the view.  This post was just a couple of weeks ago!

Day 309, Saturday, November 6th
I would feel like I was leaving something major out if I didn't include a picture of the "silly" trend that has taken our house by storm!  These are M's new Star Wars "Silly Bands".

That was cool looking at the picture from two weeks ago & this week - you'll have to remember to get a spring shot too :)

Love the muffin tin lunch - I should do that - it might cut down on my portion sizes AND take me outside the usual lunch box.

Such a great week!

Ugh, snow! I have to tell you that I don't miss that one bit!!!

The "elf" picture is priceless!!!

Was hoping the snow would wait until January -- after we'd come and gone :) I'm hoping we don't see too much of the stuff while we're stateside. During our 20 year stint in Michigan I had enough snow to last a lifetime!

The hunting hat on your little guy is TOO CUTE!

Have a wonderful week!

Rita,
I hope the sickies are behind you as you behind a new week! Love the hat on M and his silly bands. Were you guys happy about the snow? I didn't mind it too much, but I was happy when it melted. :)
See you Wednesday!

Hi, 'tocaya' (meaning someone with the same name)!

I haven't stopped by in a long time. Good to see Baby Girl walking. Our Zion is almost there, probably by his birthday in two weeks.
