Wow! I commend you for reading all of that! I have the CM Companion, but I haven't ventured into reading the original works yet. Do you own them?
I bought them off of half.com a while ago and have made it through only 2 of them! There is alot of good stuff to digest and ponder, but not a book(s) you sit down and read through in a week or 2 or 3 or . . .you get the point!
