Norah sleeps the same way Luke and Micah did when they were her age - with the blanket pulled up over their heads! It doesn't freak me out too much since we used afghan's made by Aunt Jan with nice holes in them. I think she is under there!?

This year we were fortunate enough to have two Thanksgivings! On Thanksgiving Day we went to celebrate with some good friends of ours from small group. Here are our wonderful hosts, Aaron and Emily!

Norah had her 4 month check-up today! Dan's dad came over to watch the boys - I didn't really want to take all my healthy kiddos into a doctor office waiting area! Thanks Rick!
Norah weighed in at 15 lbs. and 5 oz. She is 25 1/2 inches long. That puts her in the 90th percentile! I'll have to remember she was up there when she plummets down to the 25th like the boys did!
Here she is at 4 months! Wow . . .how time flies! She is very happy and lights up when anyone talks to her (or in her general direction)! She has been sleeping great and Jake has gotten her to roll over from her tummy to back once! She has started drooling - alot - working on teeth already??

Luke just started attending Bible Study Fellowship in the evening with his Grandpa Gorbics. He came home so excited and had written down all the names of the kids in his group! He did comment on how big the name tags were! (BSF is known for their large name tags!)
Jake was asking us about the difference in what we believe and Catholicism on the way home from small group. Not sure if I got it all correct . . . He then asked "If they think they are right and we think we are right, who is really right?"
Norah has given us a couple of chuckles lately. Her first one was when Dan was holding her on his lap and playing with the dog with his feet. She started cracking up! I've gotten a few other little chuckles out, but none as good as the first - what a great sound to hear!
Micah is reading now! He is about 1/4 of the way through our reading book and doing great! I just love teaching my kids how to read!
Here is our baby girl at 3 months today! Note: those chubby cheeks- red because we have a fire in the woodburner now! that smile - brought on by brother Micah! that seat - a Bumbo, doesn't it make her look big?!
Had to add another in the Bumbo - this seat cracks me up! She seems to really enjoy sitting up and looking at all that is going on, but it makes her look so big! It makes me laugh every time she is in it.
The older boys went to Camp Eberhart for a day camp a couple of Fridays ago . . I know I'm a little behind! Micah and I decided to have a little lunch party for his Aunt Terri and cousins Sophia and Cooper. He had picked flowers from the garden and wanted to decorate with balloons. Luckily we had a bicycle pump, because I cannot blow up balloons and Jake (the only one who can) was gone! 
Micah had received a "new" hat the day before, so everyone else needed to wear one too! Aunt Terri tried a favorite at our house: peanut butter and dill pickles. Her reaction "Not terrible, but confusing".
Here is Norah's quilt made by Grandma Gorbics. Debbie (aka Grandma) helped me (or I helped her?) make Norah's bedding for her crib. The final touch was this quilt which she finished up this last week. I imagine Norah carrying this around for a long time! What a special gift -Thanks!
Norah is getting so big! I didn't think this dress would fit her yet, but it does! Alana, do you recognize it? 
I was trying to get her smile . . . she's smiling and "talking" to us now! What a happy baby she is!
My goal is to post a picture of Norah each month her first year - this was all I had since I decided to try and do this only this week! Not the best shot, but it will work! I'll try for a better one for 2 months.
